How is the monthly retainer priced?
A fixed monthly rate, quoted once the scope across your departments is clear. You know the investment before we start, and it does not change mid-month. Book a call and we will scope it together.
What is not included in the retainer?
API usage costs, tool and SaaS subscriptions, and hardware purchases are billed directly by the vendors. We recommend options based on cost, quality, and privacy.
Can we really pause any month?
Yes. No multi-month lock-in. If you need to pause because of a launch, a freeze, or any other reason, we hold your slot for a quarter and resume when you are ready.
How do you make sure the partnership pays off?
Before we start, we estimate the savings or revenue growth of the first initiatives and compare them to the total cost. If the outlook is not clearly positive, we recommend a smaller step instead. During the partnership we track those numbers continuously, so you can judge the return at any time.
