Monthly Agentic Coding Training for a Software Product Company

Made By Agents designed and delivered a monthly, hands-on AI training program for a product company that builds its own software. The series keeps the engineering team current on agentic coding — new models, harnesses, workflows, and internal tools — and turns the workshop into a shared knowledge ritual rather than a one-way briefing.

GitHub Ticket Agent for a Software Company

Made By Agents built a GitHub Ticket Agent for a product company that develops its own applications. The agent lives in Slack as an AI assistant that product managers and designers use to turn ideas, conversations, and screenshots into well-formed GitHub issues. It reads existing issues and labels, blocks duplicates, applies the client’s preferred format and labels, and confirms creation with Slack buttons, so non-developers can file work the engineering team can actually follow.

Agentic Coding Workshops for Developers (Adaptable for Non-Developers)

The client needed its developers to work with coding agents in one shared, production-grade way. We ran a structured remote workshop series covering setup, fundamentals, context and rules, prompt and model management, memory, MCP servers, sub-agents, and advanced workflows (including AI-assisted TDD, review, security, and refactoring). Sessions were recorded so new hires and absentees could catch up. After the program, the team used agents as a default part of delivery: better code, faster, with review and security in the loop.

Compliant OTC Trading Desk for a Financial Institution

Made by Agents designed and shipped a full-stack over-the-counter (OTC) trading desk so a financial institution could run client trades at its Latin American branch under local compliance requirements. The platform covers client onboarding, trade capture, dual-role approval, KYC for individuals, audit logging, and in-app notifications — delivered with supervised agentic coding on a conservative Python/Django stack.

Customer Support Agent for a Software Development Company

Made By Agents designed, built, and delivered an agentic customer support system for a software company supporting multiple apps and products. The stack is plain Python on a simple VPS, with a RAG layer on Weaviate, Gemini embeddings and models, Zendesk for ticket I/O, Slack for observability, and a human-in-the-loop approval step before anything reaches the customer. The system runs on autopilot, processes tickets on an hourly cadence, and keeps operating costs to a few dollars per month.

Agentic Content Production Assistant for a Marketing Department

Made By Agents built a Slack-native AI assistant that turns long-form video (podcasts and similar) into platform-ready short clips and related marketing assets. Marketing teammates drop a link in Slack; the agent downloads the video, transcribes it, edits viral-length cuts, adds captions in target languages, overlays visuals, generates accompanying post copy, and returns finished files in the same channel. Client SOPs were encoded as agent skills so output follows their process instead of generic “AI style.” The system later expanded from clips into branded graphics with generated images and text overlays.

A Mobile AI Transcription App for Private Business Needs

Made By Agents partnered with JAN3 LLC’s A1 Lab to develop Echos, a completely free, on-device AI transcription app. The project served a dual purpose: to serve as a marketing vehicle for JAN3’s flagship Aqua Bitcoin wallet, and to stress-test the absolute limits of modern AI app development. Operating under a strict constraint to write zero lines of human code, we successfully utilized AI agents to architect, build, and deploy a secure, natively running mobile application for both iOS and Android.

Custom CMS Powered Web Presence for Real Estate Agency and Accommodations

We delivered two modern, professional websites for a German real estate agency and a craftsman services provider. The canova-immobilien.de website showcases property sales, rentals, and financing services, while canova-monteure.de targets construction companies seeking short-term craftsmen accommodations and workforce solutions. Both websites feature responsive, mobile-first designs with elegant animations, hero background videos, and a cohesive black & white aesthetic with teal accents. Built on a custom-coded Next.js 16 + React 19 stack with TypeScript, the sites leverage PayloadCMS as a headless CMS, enabling non-technical staff to update all content, manage property listings, and publish blog posts without touching code.
