You get the audit results. Build in-house, book a session for your team, or hire us to deliver the first system. If you start the implementation within 90 days, we subtract the audit fee from that project.

Do you only advise, or do you also build?
Both. The audit is very useful on its own. After the walkthrough you can build in-house, book consulting sessions, or hire us to implement the first system.
How is the audit priced?
A fixed fee, quoted on the Discovery Call once the scope is clear. If you decide to build the first system within 90 days, the audit fee is reduced from that project.
What size of company is this for?
Companies with process owners: quotes, documents, knowledge, reporting, or internal software. Startups through mid-size firms, including in-house engineering teams.
How much of our time does this take?
A 20-minute Discovery Call, then a few hours with the people and systems that run the process. We map out the rest.
Do you need access to our codebase or data?
Usually walkthroughs, sample files, and architecture notes are enough. If deeper access helps, we agree on scope and security first. NDAs are standard.
What if we already have AI projects underway?
We look at what you are doing, provide feedback on what is worth keeping, and suggest what to do next.
